Terms of Service
1. Services
AZ Soft Solutions provides custom software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration services. All projects are governed by individual service agreements that detail scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. AZ Soft Solutions retains rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, and tools developed during the engagement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in each project's service agreement. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the engagement. Late payments may result in project suspension.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
AZ Soft Solutions' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
